I’m Tabatha Jones — a Corporate Career Growth Coach and an Exec with 30+ Years of Expertise
The truth is, I had big dreams.
I wanted to land the next promotion, get a salary increase, have more responsibility…
It’s a statistic.
Just like you, I used to struggle with imposter syndrome, overcompensate for my lack of confidence by working too much, and constantly ask myself…
“Why aren’t you there yet?”
…and, overall, grow my career to a higher, executive level.
Yet, I stayed in the same project manager role for 10 years.
At first, I wondered if it was my lack of skill or experience.
But then I realized that I was more than competent enough to get that promotion.
